What is your exchange and return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our products are freshly made in small batches, and sold on an in-demand basis. In addition, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges as we strive to offer the highest quality products to all our customers. We only replace defective or damaged products, due to shipping. Please contact us at info@ymx.ipb.temporary.site if you have questions or concerns about your order.

Are your products actually completely natural and plant-based?

Yes, everything that we produce is formulated with botanicals. Some of our ingredients are certified organic as well. The same stuff we sell, we use on ourselves and share with those we love.  You can take confidence in knowing that you are using the best natural ingredients to wash, moisturize and hydrate your body’s largest organ-your skin! 

 

What is the best way to store your products?

Since we guarantee that our products are all-natural, this means that our products must be stored with care.

We recommend using our soaps within 12 months of purchase. Scented soaps should be used within three months. Although the soap does not “spoil”, you may notice some changes such as the natural colours fading, and/or the natural scent fading. Our scented soaps attribute their aroma to pure essential oils, and evaporate much more quickly than their synthetic counterparts. However, when you start using your soap, the outer layer is washed away, and the scent of the essential oil is there again!

As well, once you start to use the soap, it should be kept out of a stream of water in the shower, and if you drain the soap dish between uses, it will last much longer.

The body butter and lip balm should be kept out of sunlight and stored at room temperature, or lower. The shelf life of both body butter and lip balm is about six months, but it can last even longer if you keep it out of sunlight and at room temperature or below.

 

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Elementary Naturals account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you will have the option to amend it if you need to.

How can I track my orders and payment?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from Canada Post.

How do you ship my orders?

All orders are sent via Canada Post.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we only accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards or debit.

What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any products that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at info@ymx.ipb.temporary.site.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged products received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at help@ymx.ipb.temporary.site

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team at Canada Post and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

I’m having problems accessing Elementary Naturals. Some of the pages look weird.

As Elementary Naturals uses some of the latest web technologies which may not be supported in lower version of browsers, it is recommended that you use the following browsers to access Elementary Naturals:

1. Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 10 onwards.

2. Mozilla Firefox Version 10 onwards.

3. Google Chrome Version 12 onwards.
